It's this one particular author, I CANNOT recall his name (possibly Terry something? seem to be hella fantasy authors named Terry) who apparently once wrote the hero of the piece musing on how the primary female character "seemed to have been designed for rape, er, love." And also reportedly has a gross fixation with the underpants of super underaged female characters, or something like that. There are always buttloads more examples people give but I've never read the books in question and these are the only two that stick in my mind, though they're certainly bad enough.

Off the top of my head, this sounds like either Terry Goodkind or Piers Anthony - the first bit and the name sounds like Goodkind, but the second bit is definitely Piers Anthony's trademark.

But I'm not going to pretend it couldn't be some other fantasy writer entirely. God there's a lot of shitty fantasy writers.
