Is she in the exact same role though? He had a hand in developing the programme and years of high ratings to leverage more pay. She had nothing to do with development and is also in the unfortunate position of taking over after audience interest had passed its peak.

Did Fry have a producing credit on the show or anything like that, or was his contract specifically for hosting? (I genuinely don't know the answer to this)

Also, did other people on the show have reduced wages because of lower viewing figures or just the host
