Manga focused usually don't take well to western comics being published on them. You'd probably have better luck on Tapas or Webtoons.

Actually there's a whole tag for western styled and there's lots of stuff on it.

And I draw manga-ish style stuff a lot lately anyway .

Yeah, I think you can submit your stuff there, since I've seen both wester and korean comics there. As long as it's m/m stuff, that is.

I wish they allowed f/f too. I know they have a tag for het.

The tag for het is mostly there for m/m works that also include het scenes. Doesn't keep some people from uploading futa/other classic het hentai stuff but it's usually not very well received (and rightfully so because there is a plethora of hentai comic sites that cater to those interest already).
