Late to the party but I'm sorry that happened to you, OP. It sucks. I'm totally turned off of exchanges now because of it too. Reading these responses here makes me feel slightly better (and it's been like 2 years)... but you just can't help wondering if your offering sucks THAT bad. Especially when you get excited about the thing and think "Cool, this is right in my wheelhouse!"

People saying yeah they just got busy... sure, maybe for a little while. But if they're soooo busy they completely forget to go back and check on the exchange at some point (even if they misplaced or never received a notification), they SHOULD get banned.
