I feel your pain, anon. I used to work in care and some people were so slipshod with meds. Like "oh, this lady's not got any of these left, we'll just use this person's instead." Like, no, don't. And the same people would be scratching their heads going "why does it say we have 20 of these!?" BECAUSE MATH, THAT'S WHY.

Yeah it baffles me. I'm like, "Guys, we all went to college, basic math should not escape us, nor should common sense."

And so much of our stuff is automated that really, as long as you're using the equipment properly, there really is no reason for any count to be off.
