No one reads my fic on LJ anymore but I continue to post it there as a kind of archive... I use tags, "continue to next chapter" links, and I link a master page for each long fic on the sidebar. Because it IS rather daunting for a newbie to have to scroll back oodles of times to get to chapter one! Someday I might feel motivated to do a master list of my one shots. It's really the only way to find older stuff.

But in comms? Yeah, forget it... that's one reason I always cross-posted in my own LJ. And comms get deleted, my LJ does not.
