I don;t know what a patty melt is, but it sounds like it has cheese, so either that or carnitas burrito.

A patty melt does have cheese. It's basically sort of like a combination of a grilled cheese and a cheeseburger? Hamburger patty on toast with cheese and then the toast gets grilled and melted
