I want to see Missy with Thirteen as well. She was such a fun character, but I guess killing her off makes room for a new Master that doesn't have to deal with those pesky feelings of guilt that she was starting to have.

I loved Bobby too and his death was actually the first time I cried while watching Supernatural because I was so sure they'd bring him back and it caught me off guard that his death actually stuck. Well, sorta.

Yes, but they didn't just kill off Missy. The Master killed off all future regenerations of his future self as well. That was just dumb.

I'm still holding onto the hope that the Master isn't really dead. Like maybe Missy figured out something like that might happen to her and have some sort of safeguard or something. Probably wishful thinking on my part, but I always enjoy Doctor Who more when the Master's there and I can't imagine never seeing another iteration of him/her in the future.
