Ignorant vegetarian Yank here but aren’t yorkshire puddings like US popovers, but made with drippings/rendered fat instead of/in addition to butter? If I’monly making a couple popovers I just fill the other cups with water instead of batter. If you’re used to making one big one, like a dutch baby/dutch pancake, just use a muffin tin.

I don't know what a popover is, lol. So I can't argue the similarities, but yeah I could probably just like, quarter the recipe or something.
