I think it's unpopular to admit feeling sad or lonely or bad about yourself, or else it's unpopular to admit to not liking those feelings. Like, you should enjoy isolation! It's me-time! If you feel bad, you should just pick yourself up and not feel bad, and if you can't do that then just accept that sometimes those feelings happen and everything is still awesome!
