Luke tossing his lightsaber away from the fight near the end of Return of the Jedi. IDK, I just always loved that he was presented with two strong options to solve his problem (join Vader or kill Vader), and he chose to do things his own, third way.

(Also, I think my twin sister and I were the only two people who were actually excited Luke and Leia were twins. To be fair, the first time we watched all the movies together in like two days, so we didn't have years between each Episode to speculate on what would happen next.)
