i thought he only felt bad because he realized how pathetic is life when he realized that he spent the vast majority of it planning and executing pranks designed to irritate Dwight. i would have to watch it again to see if he realized that it is immoral to manipulate and wound Dwight solely for his enjoyment.
but yeah i can't deny that he can be nice like the karaoke duet with Michael and there are other times when he backs down if a prank goes too far. but seriously, i hate him because of what he did to Katie and Karen and i hate him because he thinks he sooooooo smart and sooooooooo clever and soooooooooo talented (AT WHAT JIM??? YOU HAVE NO SKILLS) and soooooooooo much better than his co-workers and sooooooooo too good for his job and that he DESERVES PAM!!!!. i just hate him.
