OP

So I'm reading The 120 Days of Sodom out of morbid curiosity and...Jesus. I'm one of those people who has to finish a book once I start it but goddamn there's only so long I can read about people eating poop every day.

So in the spirit of looking for people to commiserate with, what's the grossest fic or book you've ever read? And consequently, what's the best kind of brain bleach you've used to recover.

I know there's been a few really nasty fics I've read that required brain bleach, but the brain bleach must've been really effective because the only thing I remember is that they were all Johnlock ones. For brain bleach, I just watch YouTube videos of things that make me happy, like puppies playing with kittens or my favorite bands acting silly.
