Large mug of tea, a tasty snack (but nothing too indulgent because the fat/salt tends to make me feel sluggish instead of relaxed), cozy blanket and some comfort reading - which is usually a childhood favorite or something like that. I might not even really read read, just sit with a book and daydream.
