Okay, that got her attention. Scowl meets oblivious smile.

"Is something wrong, Ichigo?"

He sighs and shakes his head, and she resumes humming. One tentative bite later and he's coughing fiercly.

"Inoue! What the hell is this!?"

"Peanut-wasabi-ice cream sandwiches!"

...Ichigo facepalms, but takes another tentative bite to appease the puppy-dog eyes she's fixed him with.

"Good, right?"

He just splutters something incoherent. The next date, he's bringing the food.
