If you count accidents, I accidentally double clicked and bought an ebook on Amazon that I didn't want to buy, but I'm attempting to return it.

If you want non-accidental, I bought a set of cat toys. Because the new kitty I adopted is ridiculously playful and he has destroyed or lost all of the toys I had before.
