Canonically, Simon lost his virginity to Nia. Sorry, but that OT3 is horrible and makes no sense whatsoever.

I've heard that it was mentioned in some magazine that they lost their virginity to each other, but since I haven't seen the source myself, I'm a bit doubtful. However, in an event back in October 2007, the creators did imply that Kamina died a virgin and that Simon & Nia had sex during the timeskip.

And they had originally planned for Simon to unknowingly lose his virginity to either an old woman [EDIT: Source is the interview with Hiroyuki Imaishi in the Otona Anime mook Vol. 6 which I actually own] and becoming traumatized, but they decided not to go through with that because they realized the audience wouldn't find it funny.

Oh god why do I know all this.

*shrug* Well, the characters' virginity isn't something important enough to be in the actual show anyway (unless they had decided to keep the old woman thing), so asking the creators is the only way we ever get to know that kind of stuff (and sorry for spontaneously throwing useless information at you, it's a habit). Though personally I think that Kamina & Simon were obvious virgins just by looking at the DVD version of episode 6. :P

One of the early concepts they had was that of a mysterious village of beautiful women. So Simon thought he lost his virginity to a young woman there, but then later would find out it was an old woman.

And from the same interview, Imaishi says they were also initially talking about killing Simon off after Kamina, and making a story of his journey back from hell. XD;;

That...sounds really cool actually. Not the simon losing his virginity to an old lady (omg DDD:) the journey back from hell part.
