AyaCon? When and where is that one? I have a lot of competitions in the summer on the weekends, and if it's anywhere further out than the Midlands, I think it'll be too far of a stretch for me to go alone.

...wait, did he go in May? Because the only male Team Rocket person I saw there was him (http://i30.tinypic.com/qrf1hy.jpg). Also, I did not see any tall Pikachu guy. SORRY.

AyaCon, well.... the site isn't up for it yet, so I dunno about the venue, but the last one in 2005 was at University of Warwick, which is actually in Coventry~

Yeah, he went in May, but that's not him XD He was a team rocket grunt in black XD He got told off by the stewards for chasing the aforementioned pikachu guy around ^^;;;

Where's Coventry? *looks it up* Ohhhh. Well, that's not too bad. Also, holy crap, 2005. That's before I even moved here.

...*clueless* It might've happened when I wasn't there, because I left early both days either to be with friends or go to art class.

...YOU SHOULDN'T BE TOO HARD TO FIND. XD Yeah, I'm not doing cosplay. The costumes I would do require hair dye and/or gratuitous amounts of sewing and/or a wig and/or lots of spandex. Oh, and a chainsaw. I'm probably going to be a walking advertisement for Danny Phantom again. XD

I was nearly 17 back in summer of 2005.... oh wow, now I do feel old ;_;
But yeah, AyaCon and AmeCon used to run alternate years, but then there was no announcement for Aya07, so the Ame commitee were awesome enough to run that year too, and also ran this year. AyaCon made an announcement at the Ame closing ceremony though, so it's 95% certain it'll be Aya09! :O
And... I'll be nearly 21 by then.... ;____;

Yeah, the thing with expo is that it's not really a convention, more like a giant dealers room with a few events. Every time I've been in the past (my last visit was October last year :3) I've never stayed the whole day since there's a lot of other things to do in London~

Ahhh...I'll see when and where it is and I'll beg my parents to let me go. I'm probably going to get a no, since they let me go to London Expo twice a year. XD

Yeeaaaah, that's a problem I've seen...I normally have to go alone (since RL friends aren't into fandom and the one online friend who can go doesn't go often), so it sort of gets old really quickly. XD
