I have never seen that art of Snape before. It looks like something from The Cobbler and the Thief. Actually, it's kind of awesome.

And hey, in HP, people shipped pretty much everyone. The standards for crack pairings in that fandom were fairly special. I went through a phase of reading Snape/any Weasley for a while. Well, actually I went through various phases of reading Snape/anyone, but I do remember the Weasley phase in particular. I liked Snape/Charlie, mostly on the grounds that he seems like he would need someone with experience working with dragons, and also because this was around the OotP/HBP period, and he seemed like he could really use a holiday in Romania away from the entirety of Wizarding Britain.

Yeah, I loved that about HP fandom. Crack were pairings like Snape/Giant Squid, or Harry/Hogwarts. As for the Snape pairings, I did that, too - although, I mostly did it for the hilarious ship names. Snarry, Snagrid, Snapledore, Snupin, Snucius, Snaco, Snilch - so awesome! *g*

NAYRT

My favourite crack pairings were Squid/Hogwarts (Squidwarts) and one polyjuice potion fic I read which was Harry/Harry/Harry/Harry/Harry/Harry/Harry/Harry/Harry/Snape.

It's chapter title art from one of the books, iirc.

:)

Snape x Ron has actually inspired me to venture out into Snape x Weasleys, with a special liking for Snape x Charlie. ...That's a secret I'll save for another time though. ;)
