I disagree with that. I think Luke Cage had a few bad parts, but for the most part it was really good.

Nah, the second half of the first season is as bad as Iron Fist's first season. The second season was just forgettable. Honestly, Luke Cage is just a boring character. Hard to do much with a guy who can't be hurt and just punches shit.

Exactly. Punching things tend to make things worse in the real world and not make anything better. It's like the makers realized this too and then didn't know what to do with their impotent superhero.
