Looking back on it, I'm pretty sure this is the ship that gave me my feminization kink.

lmao

What's the significance of the different colored ones?

(Anonymous) 2018-10-26 11:38 pm (UTC)(link)
They're all repeats, I think.

(Anonymous) 2018-10-26 11:41 pm (UTC)(link)
The coloured names are repeats from an earlier season.

As someone who's never watched this show... what does this secret mean? (I'm really interested!)

JD was studying at a teaching hospital. Dr. Cox was one of his teachers, and made fun of him for being like a little girl in Dr. Cox's eyes. So Cox would refer to him by female names. Shipping them is sort of missing the point, but fangirls will ship anything with two white dicks.

Aww, don't cut yourself on that edge, honeybun.

Yikes, OP.

I never watched this on a regular basis and happened to catch an episode the other day. I have to admit, I cringed at a lot of the "humor" that I'm pretty sure would not fly today, and probably shouldn't have then either.

Like calling a character girls' names as if that's somehow an insult.

Oh...
my.
Yeah I can go for that.

I could also go for a Jordan/Cox/JD triad thing.

I never watched the show, but it's interesting how the girl-name-calling tapers off. Wonder if that's growing respect between the characters, the writers starting to feel it's inappropriate, or just a matter of the joje getting old.

The dynamics of the show changed a lot as JD started getting his feet under him and stopped relying so much on Cox.

But also, the show as a whole just got nicer as time went on and we got to know and like the characters more.

Easily the #1 example of this is Kelso
