And nobody said that the children of celebrities are more deserving of sympathy than non-celebrities - that's you and the rather heavy baggage you're bringing into the discussion. This discussion simply isn't what you're trying to make it out to be, and I think perhaps the strong emotions that this topic raises for you is clouding your ability to see that.
But yes, I can understand why this upsets you so much, if you persist on seeing this as the zero sum game it isn't.
