Streaming "The Shining" on a shady website

Just set off the smoke alarm while trying to make supper, so I'm debating going out for food instead of bothering with anything kitchen-related again.

Stir fry. My smoke detector did NOT like that boiling oil.

I hear you. A couple tips:

* don't use more than 3 Tbsp. at a time
* use oils with a high smoke points like canola or peanut oil
* I know recipes always say high heat, but... most home cooks don't have the oven or cookware to take it, so it's not always practical advice. If there's a ton of smoke, turn the heat down a little.
