Pineapple corer. As a pineapple lover, it makes eating them so easy.

Microplane. It zests, it zests, and IT ZESTS SOME MORE! Citrus, garlic, nutmeg, parm, chocolate... oooh I love my microplane...

Zest EVERYTHING. I might've gone a bit too far in my honeymoon stage with the microplane by performing its magic on a frozen stick of butter, but I have no regrets.

I have actually heard that baking biscuits and things you should grate frozen butter into the dough so it creates those delicious pockets and your fingers don't melt it all while mixing it in!

:D (I also got a whole set of fully silicone spatulas and a digital meat thermometer as gifts. Am I officially an adult for wanting all that stuff?)

I've heard that too, but a microplane zester is likely too fine to properly do that. A regular grater or food processor would be better, IMO.

Yeah the lady I watched do it on youtube was just using a normal box grater I think.

I don't know about the absolute best, but one thing that comes to mind is FiberFix repair tape. I was given a very nice piece of luggage - a small wheelie-bag - and the very first time I put it in checked baggage on a plane, the bar on the bottom that forms a stand so it sits upright when you're not pulling it cracked through. I was able to use the tape to fix it and it's held beautifully and I can still take it through airports just fine (although it looks lumpy now).
