It's called asking a question.

I found it to be an unusual choice, because given OP's reasoning, there are others on the show who would make the list well before Sandor.

And it's an odd question, because the thread wasn't asking about the worst character who can't be redeemed, just asking people for examples in general. Naming one example doesn't imply that the person naming it believes they're the worst character from the show, so it's odd that you phrase it as if that's what you think the question is, or that's what you think the ayrt is claiming.

The fact that you believe there are other characters from GoT who are worse (and FWIW, I'm not arguing with that) is simply not relevant to the discussion or to ayrt's comment.
