I knew what you meant by creep shot. I think it says more about anon that they automatically jumped from there to upskirt shot.

I’m one of the anons who thought that creep shot= upskirt (or, like, hidden camera in bathroom/changing room) photos. I’m not fond of the idea of taking random photos of strangers, and if it’s kids I’m gonna think you really are a creep and a pervert, but it’s not the same level of violation.

As someone who’s been mocked for walking down the street while ugly many times, I think posting pics of strangers online to mock or fap to are also more gross than taking the pics in the first place.
