Same. It can't just be convenient and show up first thing in the morning when I go to the bathroom after I wake up, nope it's gotta come right smack in the middle of a busy work day so I have to wear a pad as soon as the three week mark hits because after that point it could start at any time (once years ago when I still worked retail I remember my period showed up a couple hours after shift started and I didn't have any pads or anything with me so I had to make do with stuffing toilet paper in my underwear until I could go buy pads on lunch break).
