A book about the rise of the lack of security and policies in place for Internet of Things, the fourth book in the Gregor the Overlander series, and one of my fanfictions from 2016. Besides a few formatting errors and misspellings, I'm still impressed I wrote 40k words about a doll franchise.

I prefer mine from a hole in the wall place... barbacoa or lengua if they have it, chopped onion and cilantro. My favorite place has these homemade sauces with different heat levels, all of them delicious.

I've made myself hungry now. :(

* appointments of any kind, especially doctor's appointments.
* social gatherings, even with people I like and want to see
* having several appointments or obligations that I know are coming up, but not finalized yet for one reason or another

I only learned about Life on Mars when I was going through a Martha/Simms! Master binge, and someone wrote an amazing crossover of Martha and Simms character from Life on Mars. It was so fucking good. Made me wanna watch the show. And wish there had been more fic. :(

There was quite a lot of buzz about it when it first came out, but it was only two seasons (and 16 episodes) long, so when it finished the fandom seemed to die down pretty fast. :(

Went to work and petted a doggo who loved belly rubs. Maybe I'm used to my small dog but it felt like this doggie (a golden retriever) was huge! I also got to pet another dog.

So 10/10 I liked this day.

+1 Weird how few people get this. I think peoples' fondness and nostalgia for the show tends to make them a little...hmmm, not sure how to describe this. More prone to come up with lots of justifications for why using Apu's accent and culture as a joke isn't really racist.

IMO Eddings is right up there with Robert Jordan for their complex, in depth portrayals of female characters. /s

I'm NOT in Canada and it's still typical around here for cashiers and such to say "Thank you, have a nice day." Are there... places where this isn't normal? I'm a bit confused now.

So I'm confused by what you want them to do. Either they change his accent which would be pretty racist in and of itself, leave things the way they are, or remove the character.
