It's funny because I live in an area with lots of sharks but very few attacks so they just don't worry me most of the time. I saw a tiger shark once though and that was me done for the day. Year. Life. God they are huge and very intent looking. Totally different body language than anything else I've been in the water with. All my nope sensors went off at once. I've seen great whites cruise past before and just been in awe, but this fucker was checking me out in a serious way.

Crocs on the other hand. A friend of mine worked in the NT doing boat tours and says tourists do not fucking understand that the croc warning signs at the beach mean the ocean, not just the estuary.

They're like lol but why would crocodiles be in the ocean?

BECAUSE THEY ARE SALTWATER CROCODILES. IT IS IN THE NAME.
