TV Villains: The Entity from the Doctor Who episode Midnight, ORIGINAL Lucifer from Supernatural, Vicious from Cowboy Bebop, The Gentlemen on Buffy, and Mags from Justified.

Movie Villains: Thanos, Commodus from Gladiator, The Thing from...The Thing, Scar from The Lion King, and Freddy Kreuger for straight up horror.

TV: Missy/The Master from Doctor Who, The Mayor on Buffy, Angelus on Buffy, Dukat on Deep Space Nine, Alistair on Supernatural.

Movies: Saruman (Christopher Lee just makes the role and the movies where he's on screen), Scar, Darth Vader, Palpatine, General Hux.

Book: Sauron, Saruman, Smaug, Glaurung, Ungolient. Yup, all Tolkien. Thrawn and Ysanna Isard would be 6 and 7.
