Re: Sleep

Honestly, a couple of things helped me to get on a better sleep schedule.

-cut out caffeine
-get up and go to bed at about the same time everyday. even on days off/vacation days. (although sometimes I may sleep a little later on those days, but not too much later.)

It really does make a difference. I haven't had to take my Sonata for over a year now.
