I thought it referred to that meme where there's a drawing of a normal brain with a normal saying next to it, and the drawings get progressively more fantastic as the sayings get more outlandish? Like this:

I know it's a reference to some meme that has different images of brains. Usually I've heard "galaxy brain" as an insult meaning, I think, stupid?
