Someone pointed out recently how Cody Fern's character in American Horror Story looks like Kylux's love child and while that's funny it's also true and now I can't unsee it!

The fact that this season of AHS has attracted the sinniest parts of SW fandom fills me with such joy, you just can't imagine.

New Fantastic Beasts movie Thursday!

Even setting aside the various Fandom Controversies, the early feedback I'm hearing has sounded pretty negative. Which is unfortunate because I actually thought the trailers looked OK.

The reviews aren't surprising. Lacks focus, too many subplots, retconning, cookie cutter villain, etc. So basically standard JKR fare. Still looking forward to it!

I want to see it, though am kind of lukewarm on it. Not because of any of the alleged controversies, I just was kind of disappointed in the first one. But still, I'll try to get around to going, I'm sure it'll be entertaining if nothing else.

Game of Thrones is airing in April 2019. That is still so far away. :(

So they're saying April for sure now? I was a little worried when they were being vague about "spring" (which could mean up to June 20).

Yeah, the Detective Pikachu movie trailer and Let's Go out this Friday. Not all that hype tbh

It's loosely based off a spin-off game of the same name, but not the one that's coming out this Friday. The Detective Pikachu game has been out several months, while Let's Go is remake of the original games but especially geared towards kids and people who play Pokémon GO

Funko announced today they're releasing Boy Meets World pops, but so far as I can tell, they're only releasing Cory & Topanga.

Seems a waste not to make Shawn. And Eric. And of all the characters, I'd probably most want a Mr. Feeny pop, so to only be making Cory & Topanga for the first release seems pretty stupid.

I was really excited when I heard they were making Boy Meets World pops, but got really bummed out when I saw they weren't making Mr. Feeny. I love that guy.
