Idk if I just didn't bookmark it or if it's been deleted, but I went looking for one of my favorite Merlin fics the other day and couldn't find it.

I think it might have been episode related? Anyway, in it, Gwen was about to be executed for the use of magic despite her not having done so, so Merlin transformed into a woman and admitted to having committed the act of magic that Gwen was accused of, claiming "she" had done so in an attempt to seduce Arthur. Arthur then rapes "her." I remember he was surprised how tight "she" was and couldn't believe that a witch/sorceress would be a virgin. Merlin also had a scar on his back both as himself and as the woman. Arthur took notice of it, but the piece in question was just one chapter, complete.

I just skimmed the story, but was it "For Her Life" by Nightfox (https://archiveofourown.org/works/234849)? The parts I looked at matched your descriptions.
