I found more than a handful that have been deleted, are available to logged in users of the archive only (and I'm too lazy to log in tonight), or otherwise removed. Including one of my most favorite fanfics of all time that I don't think would have qualified for the under 1,000 words criteria, but now I'll never know again. :(
