(Anonymous) 2018-11-16 11:28 pm (UTC)(link)Actually, though, I wonder if another big part of it is so the Chara defenders, many of whom may have been abused themselves, don't have to consider that maybe abuse victims can do harm, act shitty, and/or be abusive themselves. It's the abdication of personal responsibility that bothers me most here, not the woobiefication.
