Got to change my diet for more green vegetables. Not just apples and carrots. And more red meat as well.

A tip from someone whose body doesn't absorb iron very well (it's great fun /s ) is that drinking orange juice with your meal/soon after it will help your body absorb the iron better.

Yeah, I saw that Vitamin C helps you absorb it. I think I am going to buy a bunch of oranges to keep at work.
