Sure, getting therapy is good. So is raging and venting on LJ, whether it's anonymously or to your friends. Feeling rage isn't unhealthy. Suppressing rage can be extremely unhealthy, since it tends to lead either to internalizing it and becoming extremely depressed, or results in it exploding violently.
Who knows if this particular secret's OP thinks they're ultracool and special? Not being a mind-reader I really couldn't say. I certainly agree they should go back into therapy, as a decent therapist will help them deal with their anger in a far more productive way than posting secrets on F!S is likely to. But there's really nothing particularly unhealthy about making a secret to express some rage on the internet, and people who think there is lack a sense of perspective just as surely as the secret's OP does.
