143. I would contact the webmaster? I've written a few things for pay porn sites and I used to work as an admin assistant at an advertising agency for adult businesses some 10-odd years ago. The porno business has its dark side but all businesses do. There are some very nice people working in the adult industry, and if you really dream of doing something like that you just need to pay full attention to your creep radar, but it's not necessarily impossible.

Thanks but no thanks, Mylar does absolutely nothing for me. I just like the sound of Sylar hollering, it doesn't have anything to do with who's holding the needle or the tuning fork. I also get really hot and bothered by the scenes where he's being experimented on at Primatech.

Still, it's nice to know I'm not the only one turned on by that particular torture scene!

I'm not saying you should join our crazy shippers in our OTP-ness. I'm saying we have people who write porn like that in our comms.

Interspersed between the weird OOC Mylar fluffery and the bizarro world babyfics there is a lot of Sylar/Mohinder dubcon and torturing and not all of it is Sylar doing it to Mo. :) :) :)

And yeah holy shit that was hot.

Well, to each her own, but the idea of Mylar porn just doesn't interest me. I know a lot of people in the fandom interpret the animosity between those two characters as sexual tension, but...not me. I just saw animosity. *shrug*

Also, I find it pretty much impossible to believe that Mohinder would ever voluntarily have any kind of sexual contact with Sylar given that, y'know, the dude brutally murdered his father. Mohinder really doesn't strike me as that kind of guy. So a porn fic that involved Mohinder "doing it" to Sylar would come across to me as wildly OOC.

In other words, I'm content to just stick to my DVDs and my iPod and soundclip for my Sylar torture needs. ;)

All valid perspectives even if they're obviously not my own. (I see loads of subtext; I also see Mohinder's relationship with his dad as wildly conflicted which plays into the way I personally write the pairing.)
