Yeah, I've definitely shipped things where there's a slight difference in size and people make a bigger deal out of it than there actually is (Supernatural comes to mind). This is the first time where I consider it an actual, real noticeable size difference, like if you put them side by side it's hard to ignore that there's a definite disparity in height/build.

Or when two men are equally buff but one of them is always drawn as this super-slim-effeminate waif of a twink and it's like, the fuck? If I'm shipping two built dudes together I want them to actually both be depicted that way in fanon.

But an actual size-difference, be it height or build is good and fun! I just hate made-up ones.

(I was thinking of both SPN and the MCU tbh, they're equally bad at that and it's annoying).

I am reminded of those ancient FFVII doujins where Cloud was always like five years old looking and Sephiroth looked like he was in his 40s.
