My cat would not leave my feet alone last night. Finally had to kick her out. Usually don't mind. But still in recovery mode and in pain, and trying to protect my feet was more difficult.

Mostly. I know she's not getting as much play as she needs, but I just can't right now. And no one else really wants to, though I keep trying to talk them into it. My sister will be here tomorrow, and my sister has cats, so I'm hoping she'll be willing to play with Joanna some.

Joanna's an interesting name for a cat. How did you come to choose it for her?

A very good friend died a few years ago. She was a big cat person. It seemed appropriate.
