I started crack!shipping Galadriel/Sauron (in a he thinks everyone is in love with him and just can't fathom that she isn't into him kind of way) thanks to the Texts from Sauron Tumblr blog. Does that count.

Courfeyrac/Cosette, Some Friendlier Sky, on AO3. I love this story so damn much I can almost forgive it for being pretty much the only one of its kind.
Also I once read a fantastic crossover between Good Omens and the Bond franchise, which was Crowley/Bond and rather good, and I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like it.

I think it has a lot to do with how I feel about Allison and Stiles' canon relationships but they make so much sense together in this that I can't help but ship it now.

Yes, but they left the fandom a while ago (probably because it was getting too stressful for them) so it's pretty awkward to bring it up now. :/
