I had to google to see which one of them is Mike and he's the one with the darker hair? I could see maybe calling the one on the right blond, even if it looks more brunet to me, but definitely not the other one.

No, the guy on the right, Harvey, most definitely has darker hair than Mike.

I thought the same thing. Something about the lighting makes me go "oh I can see why they think the guy on the right is blonde. I mean, he's not, but I can see it" but realising this secret is about the other guy boggles my goddamn mind. That's brown. i even googled other pictures to see wtf they could possibly be talking about. It's not even a vibrant brown like the other guy. It's a fugly dull tree bark brown.

actually, blonde is the noun, regardless of gender, and blond is the adjective form.
