Calab in season 7 of Buffy was just not up to the level of previous seasons. The First itself wasn't as interesting as in its previous appearance.

The Leviathan on Supernatural. Just dumb.

The Yuzon Vong (or however you spell it) had potential, but ended up being really terrible.
