OH SHIT TOBY REGBO IS IN THIS? After the horrific abortion that was Cursed Child, I decided to freeze my love of HP to the original series, but now I think I have to see the Fantastic Beasts franchise

I made a secret a long time ago about how pissed I was that we never got to see him play young Dumbledore beyond being in a photo. He was on Reign as one of my favorite "shows what you know, bitches" stories. The writers on the show had to fight the CW to get him on the show since he wasn't a typical CW Male Lead. Next thing you know his chemistry with Adelaide Kane and all around damn good acting leads to the complete implosion of the show's standard CW Love Triangle because almost no one wanted to see Mary and Bash as opposed to Mary and Francis, and you could even feel the writers starting to freak out a little as they realized they were going to have to kill him and soon after the show would follow. (That being said, season 3 was actually kind of amazing; mostly when Mary had no love interest.) Even when they tried to break Francis and Mary (via that truly poorly thought out -understatement- rape storyline) up most of the audience turned on Mary because Conde was such a poor comparison to Francis.

Man, I miss Reign. The show was batshit but most of the actors were game in a way few casts are willing to be.

He's in it for five second; don't bother seeing this one. Maybe he'll have at least second of screen time in the next one?

I loved Reign, but I've only watched through 2x01. Toby is so great in it though. And yeah, I always thought Bash & Mary were really boring.
