101. If you don't want a significant other at the moment, you don't want a significant other--there's nothing wrong about it. I'm 23 and haven't had a desire to date for, what, three years? If participating in fandom is also negatively affecting RL friendships and such, then yeah, it's best to cut back; I don't think not wanting to date in and of itself is necessarily a problem.
107. Look on the bright side--there'll surely be some kick-ass cosplays in there as well. (Now, the idea of crappy Dr. Manhattan cosplays scare me.)
