Get the fuck over yourself. And no one thinks these books "revolutionized" literature. HP revolutionized children's books, and began a wave of respectability/reemergence of it, but no one has claimed they're the paragon of literature. Do you seriously think you're the only one who's noticed the writing isn't THAT good? And trying to be snooty about fucking children's books and saying, "I lose respect for you" over someone liking them is a bit pathetic. Don't claim you have a "large number of friends" who like them; you know you don't have any friends, lawl.

I totally agree. It's children's books! It's meant to educate children about love and justice and give them a sense of belonging. It's not meant to be amazingly well written and psychological...Or maybe they should teach Dostoevsky to kids in 6th grade?
