Re: Sort of medical question

Quiz the old timers about what shoes/insoles they recommend and save up. The good ones aren't cheap, but it beats fucking up your knees and back permanently. In the meantime, don't lock your knees when you stand, and even if you can't sit try to shift your weight and move around a little even if you're just stepping from side to side, flexing your leg muscles, etc. Make sure you're drinking enough water.

At night before you go to bed, have a snack or some milk and double up on Ibuprofen. The snack is to help keep it from upsetting your stomach, the Ibuprofen is to help with inflammation issues in your joints. And this part sounds counter intuitive but... try stretching exercises and moderate exercise that will help build up your leg and lower back muscles. Having stronger muscles will help with the fatigue and pain in the long run.

Saving up for new shoes isn’t really possible in a reasonable time frame - I live paycheck to paycheck and only was able to get the shoes I did because the company comped most of the cost :/ I just literally don’t have money to save after bills

Thanks for the rest of the tips though. I’ve been taking ibuprofen but it doesn’t help much. I will try some exercises though
