I'm so sorry. That really sucks. :( Maybe once it blows over, they'll come back? I had to delete my LJ temporarily many years ago due to wank (this had to have been 2005ish), and I came back when I cooled off and when everything had blown over.

I was meh about them. I admit the first breakup made me emotional. To be honest my OTP was Chandler/Monica (since season 1), so I could get through the Ross/Rachel drama because I knew my ship was happy. But I'm a softy so I'd like to imagine that Ross and Rachel did make it work eventually.

I'm sorry, OP. That sucks. Is there any chance you could get in contact with them again? At least to only say hi?

I admit I did the same not too long ago (deleted twitter, plurk, ao3, etc.), but mostly because fandom (and the subsequent hate for all the things I loved) made me tired of even trying to interact with people in it. So my guess is that said person felt the same way?

I don't think so, no. They've haven't responded to me in any chatting apps they're still on since this happened. I haven't tried again lately, because I figure they need a break from fandom right now, and they've mentioned feeling guilty about not responding to messages in the past. Mostly I made this secret because I wanted to vent.

That sucks, OP. :( Antis have been such a thorn in fandom's side, I wish they'd just fuck off and go find something that makes them happy instead of being miserable fucks. I write for a 'problematic ship' but I do it under a sockpuppet so that even if I do get harassed, they don't know who I am. Cowardly? Maybe, but I won't delete my fics.
