I don't know about you, but when I was 16 I didn't know a single girl my age who didn't have at least SOME boobage going on. 14, sure, there were some late bloomers, but by 16 everyone had either finished going through puberty or was most of the way there.

There's small and then there's having nothing at all, and that looks like the latter to me. I spent a long time as an A cup when I was a preteen and I still had more than that.

Okay, agree to disagree. She looks like she has a bit of a chest to me. And clearly no penis. So what I'm seeing is a somewhat androgynous girl, not a boy.

Realistically, some of it would be an issue of clothing. If the front of her top were stiffened like armor or if it just isn't very tight, you wouldn't see much even if she had some boob.

Mostly, I think it was just a stylistic choice, though.

The thing is, she's a warrior. She's young, and therefore not fully endowed- but athletic none the less. That means she isn't going to have the curves even the odd fourteen year old tend to have.

I agree that just because they're children they shouldn't look the same- but, just look at them... I doubt there was any intention there, aside from a complete inability to draw. So boobage or not, it's not the problem... (in my opinion)
